Flat Rate Cleaning Services

We offer flat rate cleaning packages as  an upfront price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home and the type of service you select.

 

Each service has its own standardized cleaning checklist which determines which tasks will be completed and ensures that nothing is overlooked. Flat rate packages assume that your home is of a standard size; larger than average homes will incur a surcharge.

Additional charges will be discussed prior to the services that will be provided.

Hourly Cleaning Services

Our hourly rate is $60 per hour, per cleaner, excl. tax.
Hourly cleaning services allow you to pay by the hour for a set number of hours which you choose, beginning with a minimum of two. Once our cleaner has completed your chosen number of hours, they will stop, or you may purchase additional time.

Choosing hourly services allows you to fully customize your cleaning. You may request tasks which are not included in our flat rate packages or specify areas of the house to be cleaned and others to be left untouched.

Recurring Cleanings vs. First- and One-Time Cleanings

When you book recurring cleanings with us, you will receive a discount on each subsequent service after the first. The discount is based on how frequently you would like us to clean your home.

• Weekly – 20% off

• Every 2 Weeks – 15% off

• Every 3 Weeks – 12% off

• Monthly – 10% off

If you choose to book only a one-time service, you will not receive a discount.
